These terms govern your use of MAXXED. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Wellness information only
MAXXED provides automated appearance and self-improvement suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes. Results are estimates, may be inaccurate, and are not medical, dermatological, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not use the app to diagnose or treat a condition. Seek a qualified professional when appropriate.
Subscriptions
MAXXED may offer auto-renewing weekly and annual subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Restoring purchases is available in the app.
Acceptable use
You may use MAXXED only for lawful, personal purposes. You must have the right and consent to upload any photo you submit. Do not upload another person’s image without permission, exploit the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to extract its models, systems, or credentials.
AI output
AI-generated scores, plans, and coaching can vary and may contain errors. You remain responsible for decisions and actions based on app output. We do not guarantee a particular result or physical change.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and service interruptions may occur. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXXED is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
