At Poze AI, we value your privacy and trust. We design and run our AI photo editor services with privacy at the core. This document outlines the types of information we process and your rights concerning your personal data.

Poze AI uses Apple App Store and RevenueCat subscription identifiers to verify premium access and enforce weekly usage limits. We do not require users to create a separate Poze AI account.
To perform AI transformations, we process photos, prompts, and instructions you submit to the app. Uploaded photos are sent to our backend and AI image-processing provider only to create the edit you requested. We do not store uploaded photos or face data in our backend database after the generation request is complete.
Poze AI lets users upload photos to create AI-generated photo edits. Uploaded photos may include a user's face, facial features, hairstyle, skin tone, expression, pose, and other visible appearance details. We process this information only to generate the photo edit requested by the user and to preserve the person's recognizable identity in the edited result.
Poze AI does not use face data to identify users, authenticate users, build biometric profiles, create face templates, or track users across apps or services. Uploaded photos are transmitted securely to our backend and our AI image-processing provider, OpenRouter, only for the purpose of completing the requested edit.
We do not store uploaded photos or face data in our backend database after the generation request is complete. The backend stores only subscription and usage information needed to enforce the weekly image limit. Generated images are saved to the user's device only when the user chooses to save them in the app. Users can delete saved generated images from the app library.
We automatically log device information, operating system versions, IP addresses, app crashes, and usage interaction events when you use Poze AI. This details performance metrics and helps troubleshoot problems.

We only share information with trusted third-party providers strictly necessary to run the app, including backend hosting, RevenueCat for subscription verification, Apple for App Store billing, and OpenRouter for AI image processing. These service providers are bound to safeguard your data and cannot use it for other purposes.
We may share minimal data if required by legal authorities to comply with applicable laws, safety standards, or regulations.
Uploaded photos and face data are processed transiently for the generation request and are not retained by our backend after the request completes. We retain subscription and usage information only as long as needed to provide the service, enforce weekly limits, resolve support requests, comply with legal obligations, and protect the platform.
