Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancelling happens on your device: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Poze AI, then Cancel Subscription. If you are on a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you are not charged.
Apple handles all App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us too and we will help chase it.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with the Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
Photos are sent to our backend and our AI provider only to create the edit you asked for, and are not kept in our database once the edit is finished. Generated images are saved to your device only when you choose to save them. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
